First of all thank you for choosing to join this programme - I am absolutely thrilled to be working with you all and I am sure that we are going to have a great journey throughout these next twelve months.

** 12 monthly Teleseminars on key teaching topics
Here are the dates for these: They will take place at 12.00 p.m.London time (we will review this if it proves not to be the best time)
30th May: Welcome, the first lesson (comparing notes) some classroom tips
27th June: Teaching Advanced Students
25 July: Teaching one to one
29th August: Classroom management and dynamics

**4 half-day workshops will be held on Saturdays

** The Pecha-Kucha/Presto events will follow the workshops and everyone will get a chance to present at one of these events
** 4 Webinars on getting involved in social media to build a professional development network and get access to on-going professional learning and development. Using technology in the classroom tools and approaches.
June 20th - blogging as CPD, blogging with students, micro-blogging (12p.m. - time to be confirmed)
October - presenting online, pecha-kucha, presto, using a virtual environment

** You'll receive the monthly video link via email.
** Our Live event will be held in London on Saturday December 4th - we will have a live link for those of you who can't make it to London. Details will be sent nearer the time.
You will receive phone details and a password for the teleseminars at the end of this week and also login details for the forum.
Keep an eye on the ELTMentor network in Gapfillers for anything that is uploaded or added there.
Please use the chat room for your own personal group chats or meetings and don't forget that you can send messages here to individuals in the group as well as to the whole group.
