D I Nabbem, who is in charge of the case, was not prepared to release any more details regarding Guy's business dealings but he did confirm that it was now evident that the gallery owner had made a "substantial living" from this overseas work. Nabbem said " As the case intensifies it is not appropriate for me to reveal any further details regarding the business and private life of Mr Guy other than to confirm that the net is closing in on whoever is responsible for this terrible crime

It seems apparent that there are still a number of suspects for the crime, including close family and friends of the victim as well as the business contacts that are keeping the police team busy at this stage of the case.

Police investigating the murder of gallery owner R T Guy believe that they are getting nearer to discovering the identity of his murderer.

Following detailed investigations into Guy's business and personal life both here and abroad, police are confident that they are very close to piecing together the motive for the murder.
